1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

3. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection. Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may take 7–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
